Ive changed my
blogskin! my own one was
abit morbid and downright
emo-style but i thought having some light-hearted thing for a change would be nice. Also, i guess in some sense it should signify how my life is going to be. Positive thoughts always help anyhow =).
Went back to
mshs yesterday, it was rather interesting to meet back with all the teachers and all the fellow classmates. Its been so long, I hardly realised its been 2 years since i saw some of them. Its interesting to hear about what has happened and also to reminiscence about the past. Ive learned through the years that
life's too short to bear grudges, all the hate you accumulate
isn't worth the anger anyway. At the end of the day , you realised why part on such a bad note? In a sad way, even if some refuse to acknowledge it, friends come and go and most friendships last on a basis of
convenience. Mutual activities always lead to bonding and understanding and of course
vice-versa. The undoing of relations is often a result of circumstances.
Anyway, had some simple conversations with the teachers with the usual things, age catches up with you. You find people treat you so differently than you were as a student but as a result you get a epiphany about time. You can visualise yourself in the same place many years ago and watch a vivid replay of what happened but as the same time, you see yourself now. I guess it does tell you how far
you've come. Your journey so far.
Looking back, retrospectively, its been wonderful. Everyone changed, mostly for the better. Society has its way to force people to conform to the normal culture of what is good and as a byproduct i stand by its "values". Ah,
